The UPEPO forum is hosted at Yahoo.com via eGroups. Our eGroup is called, you guessed it, UPEPO, and accessible through http://groups.yahoo.com/group/upepo. From here, we can talk to each other through Chat, send emails, post messages, exchange photos or files, conduct polls, and do a host of other things.

Membership is limited to current and former students and faculty of UPEPO; and, controlled by moderators who are usually Council officers. Our eGroup is also unlisted in the Yahoo directory. Why? Forums are very much abused these days. Do not be surprised if somebody you don't know starts ripping you off or at least starts selling you something.

JOINING

Joining is as easy as clicking the Yahoo logo at the right. Please try to use a Yahoo ID that the others can easily recognize as you. A nickname-lastname combination, eg, juandelacruz@yahoo.com, combination is preferred. Remember, you will be known by this name in our forum. Although you can be creative and use an alias like hotbutts@yahoo.com, it may eventually bite you back from behind :) Besides, there are millions of users at Yahoo so the "cool" names are, most likely, taken already.

RULES

Everybody is encourage to participate. However, we need you to be responsible and be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. Please DO NOT:

• use vulgar, obscene, or offensive language;
• post or reference offensive content like sexually explicit images (sorry guys);
• discuss or incite illegal activity, and ;
• harass, threaten, or embarrass a participant.

Remember, the moderators can always throw you, temporarily or permanently, out of the forum. They do not get any compensation for doing their work so be friendly with them. :)
